Upload Help?

I can't upload IconPack.

I can NOT upload my IconPackager theme or my Bonus pack. I have tried each aprox. 10 times. Each time, after 15-40 minutes, I get "The page cannot be displayed". The IP theme is 7.43 Mb. and the Bonus pack is 6.19 Mb. All icons are 16-128 win xp. My connection speed is 46.6, the best I can get. I have uploaded many Misc. icons, but all the files were a lot smaller than these.
